By using our services, you agree that the company can use such data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.If you have provided us your contact details, such as email or phone number, we may send you announcements, messages or information on our services and how to use them. - Your Investment Account :
You will need an investment account in order to make investments, the operation of which, is additionally covered by the Investment Services Agreement. By initiating registration for the investment account you acknowledge your acceptance of the Investment Services Agreement.
- Modifying and Terminating Our Services :
We are constantly changing and improving our Services. We may add or remove functionalities or features, and we may stop a service altogether. In each case, we will give you reasonable advance notice.You can stop using our services at any time. The company may also stop providing services to you, or create new limits to our services at any time.
- Warranties and Disclaimers :
The information we provide through our services does not constitute final advice. Company and its service partners will not be responsible for lost profits, revenues, or data, financial losses, or any damages.In all cases, the company will not be liable for any loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable.
- About these Terms :

If you do not agree to the modified Terms, please discontinue your use of the Service. These terms govern the relationship between Company and you.
